Worksport

Worksport is a manufacturer of tonneau covers for pickup trucks, featuring innovative products that incorporate solar energy. Originally based in Ontario, Canada, they purchased the former Certo Brothers building in the North America Center industrial park in August of 2022. Aebly & Associates

Construction is well underway at the new home of Aebly & Associates Insurance, currently located on Seneca St. in West Seneca. Their brand new two-story office building now stands where the vacant gas station was on Union Road at Center. Western New York Federal Credit Union

Western New York Federal Credit Union completed the expansion at their building at 1937 Union Rd and held a ribbon cutting event in October. Brenda Babe Bridal

Brenda Babe Bridal relocated to West Seneca from East Aurora last year. She’s right across from Southgate Plaza, and she just completed a big renovation thanks to the Erie County Storefront Revitalization Program. CPI Process Systems, specialists in valve automation and controls, began a warehouse and office expansion this past fall. The company, located at 2900 North America Drive, is increasing their warehouse capacity by 3,850 square feet, which includes some new office space as well. The Chalet on the Hill

You’ve heard of tiny homes. Well West Seneca’s newest building could be called a tiny shop! Seriously, though, the town is working on these in partnership with the school district and the plan is to have more chalets built to create a small marketplace. Hearts for the Homeless Thrift Store

Community Bank

Community Bank opened its brand new West Seneca location in June, and held a ribbon cutting event in July to celebrate. This is the first new business to move in to the old Seneca Mall site, and it’s just the start of the exciting development to come. True to their name, the team at Community Bank goes out of the way to support the local community, already donating to local nonprofits like the Queen of Heaven Carnival and the West Seneca Food Pantry.
