Help Wanted: Maintenance Assistant

United Church Manor is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Pay: $18/hour
Benefits available
Responsibilities:
• Perform janitorial duties in common areas, restrooms and apartments
• Complete basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal, lawn care and debris cleanup
• Assist with apartment turnovers
• Operate equipment and company vehicles safely
• Participate in safety and emergency procedures
• Provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record
• Basic maintenance skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
