    Horizon Martial Arts, located at 280 Center Road in West Seneca’s Wimbledon Plaza, will hold a 30th anniversary celebration beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20. Includes martial arts seminars, ribbon-cutting at 5:30 p.m. and Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 6 p.m.
