EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce is looking for an energetic, community-minded leader to help shape the future of business and community development in West Seneca! After eight years of dedicated service, Joe Kirchmyer is retiring, and we’re looking for the next person ready to make a difference.
🌟 WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE
You’ll lead a 300-member nonprofit business organization while working with local businesses, community leaders, town officials, residents, and organizations throughout the region.
You’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Chamber operations & staff
🔹 Events, programs & fundraisers
🔹 West Seneca Farmers’ Market
🔹 Annual Community Guide
🔹 Website & social media communications
🔹 Community & economic development initiatives
🔹 Building strong relationships throughout West Seneca
⭐ WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
✔️ Excellent communication & people skills
✔️ Strong organization and flexibility
✔️ Knowledge of West Seneca and its business community
✔️ Computer skills, including QuickBooks & WordPress
✔️ A genuine desire to help others and strengthen our community
✔️ College degree
✔️ NYS driver’s license & reliable transportation
⏰ 30+ hours/week with flexibility for events and community needs
💰 $25–$30/hour + opportunity for bonus and/or commissions
