SUMMARY:One-Minute Networking Event at Queen City Meadery
DESCRIPTION:The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will host another one of its popular “one-minute networking events” from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday\, June 12\, at the recently expanded Queen City Meadery\, 290 Center Road\, West Seneca\, in the Wimbledon Plaza. The event is open to both Chamber members and nonmembers\, and reservations are required. Light refreshments will be provided\, and doors will open at 3:45 p.m. \n“These casual networking events are very popular among our members and guests\, and we’ve recently started taking them to member locations to give our participants a change of scenery and an opportunity to visit some businesses that they may have never entered before\,” said Joe Kirchmyer\, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “At these meetings\, participants have approximately one minute to introduce themselves and give a brief update on their business or organization as we go around the room. And\, we’ve seen several new business relationships and transactions come out of past meetings.” \nIn addition to having a one-minute spotlight\, attendees will have extra time to network with other business and organizational leaders following the meeting.
