DESCRIPTION:The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will hold its next one-minute networking event from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday\, Jan. 8\, at the recently remodeled and expanded Western New York Federal Credit Union\, located at 1937 Union Road\, West Seneca. Doors will open at 8:45 a.m. and light refreshments will be provided. The event is open to both Chamber members and nonmembers\, and reservations are required. \nThe event will take place during the Chamber’s annual Community Food Drive to support local food pantries\, and attendees are asked to bring a donation of unexpired\, nonperishable food items and/or personal care products if they are able. \n“I’m thrilled for this opportunity to help Western New York Federal Credit Union showcase their recent renovations to business and organizational leaders from across our community\,” said Joe Kirchmyer\, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “And if we can help our local food pantries by collecting a few donations in the process\, it’s a win-win. \n“These fun and casual networking events have become much more popular since we began holding them at member locations a couple of years ago. We’re always on the lookout for new ways to showcase our member businesses and organizations\, and we’ve found great success with these simple yet productive networking events. Attendance remains very strong\, meeting after meeting!” \nAt these meetings\, participants have approximately one minute to introduce themselves and give a brief update on their business or organization. DESCRIPTION:The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Women In Business Breakfast at 8 a.m. Wednesday\, April 29\, at Kloc’s Grove\, 1245 Seneca Creek Road\, West Seneca.  \nDoors will open at 8 a.m. for registration\, with guests having one hour to network\, visit with vendors\, and participate in a basket auction and raffle before breakfast is served at 9 a.m. \nWest Seneca Chamber of Commerce members who operate women-owned and women-managed businesses or organizations are invited to host informational tables during the event. Anyone meeting these criteria is invited to contact the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce to reserve a vendor table. Vendor tables are limited and will be offered on a first come\, first served basis. Each vendor hosting an informational table is asked to donate at least one item for the basket auction. Event sponsors receive a vendor table as part of their sponsorship package; all others will be charged a $20 fee per table. \nTickets for the breakfast are priced at $25; tickets for the basket auction and raffles are extra and proceeds will benefit future West Seneca Chamber of Commerce programming. \nFor more information about the breakfast or to become an event sponsor at just $275\, please contact the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce at (716) 674-4900 or stop by the Chamber office in the West Seneca Community Center & Library at 1300 Union Road. All vendors will be featured in the building’s atrium and small gym. \nAdditionally\, the Chamber will host an indoor yard sale in the gym during the event\, with proceeds to benefit the Chamber and the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. And\, the American Red Cross will host an on-site blood drive at the same time! \n“This is a unique opportunity for area residents to become better acquainted with businesses and organizations right here in their community\,” said Joe Kirchmyer\, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “In addition to offering information\, each business or organization will also have a special giveaway\, discount or promotion. DESCRIPTION:The annual West Seneca Chamber of Commerce/Axiom Coaching Golf Tournament will take place on Wednesday\, July 29\, at Chestnut Hill Country Club\, 1330 Broadway\, Darien Center. Registration begins at 9 a.m.\, with a shotgun start set for 10 a.m.  \n“Chestnut Hill has been a great fit for this tournament\, and we’re also pleased to welcome back Axiom Coaching\, LLC as our naming rights sponsor\,” said Joe Kirchmyer\, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “As a nonprofit organization\, this is our largest fundraising event of the year and it’s very important to us that our participants and sponsors have a great time networking and playing 18 holes. We truly appreciate the support we receive from the community as it helps us provide year-round programming utilized by businesses\, organizations\, residents and visitors alike.” \nIn addition to a traditional scramble format\, the 35th annual tournament will feature lunch at the turn\, a steak dinner at the conclusion\, door prizes\, a sports memorabilia silent auction\, split club and other raffles\, beverage carts on the course\, and several contests including closest to the pin\, longest drive and putting. There will also be prizes for the golfers with the best team score\, as well as other surprises throughout the day! \nThe cost remains just $125 per golfer\, and foursomes are encouraged. Please note that you do not have to be a Chamber member to participate. \nNumerous sponsorship levels priced at $100\, $500\, $1\,000 and $2\,000 are available; $1\,000 and $2\,000 sponsorships include one foursome.
